Usersnap

Usersnap (acquired by saas.group in 2023) is a visual bug tracking and feedback tool. The software lets users screenshot and annotate their current browser view facilitating communication and the flow of feedback between developers, customers and everyone involved in a web project.

Usersnap integrates with existing project management tools, bug tracking systems as well as popular web platforms such as Wordpress. Among their customers are large technology companies including Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Netflix.
