Rana joined Speedinvest in 2024 to lead fintech investments in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Speedinvest, Rana led investments at Nclude Fintech Fund - one of the largest fintech-focused funds in Africa.   

Before Nclude, she spent 12+ years working in private equity with a focus on M&A and financing deals across North and East Africa within the energy, cement and transportation sectors.  

Rana holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

In her free time, she enjoys diving, hiking and all things camping with her husband and two boys.
