Cecilia Hoyos

Originally from Vienna, Cecilia studied in Barcelona and Singapore before starting her career in finance, gaining exposure to M&A, private equity, and Fintech. 

Drawn to the fast-paced, hands-on nature of startups, she transitioned into operations at a scale-up, combining analytical thinking with practical execution. 

Today, as Chief of Staff at Speedinvest, Cecilia blends these two worlds, shaping internal strategy and supporting the firm’s mission to back Europe’s most ambitious founders.

When she’s not crunching numbers or streamlining processes, you’ll almost certainly find her at her sewing machine working on carefully sourced fabrics - handcrafting her next unique, tailored garment.
